As always, the personal approach to the service I receive at Fincastle Automotive is greatly appreciated. "Personal approach" for me is the scheduling of my appointment to allow me access to a loaner vehicle for the day, the effort given to explain the need for replacement vs. resurfacing (as in my brakes), the accuracy of the price quote in relation to the completed job (barring any unforeseen work), and the use of technology to remind me of my appointment/send me my vehicle checkup report, etc. The helpful and caring attitude, as well as the interest in their customers is a nice feeling is this busy hectic world we function within!
