I am well satisfied with the service I receive. I always feel confident that the job is well done and appreciate how you maintain records that keep me informed about what is due. The convenience of a loaner car is so nice and the fact that is now free was a very pleasant surprise! I also enjoyed the new loaner car! I have referred family and friends and will continue to do so.

Great place to bring your vehicle for quality. The shop is transparent and will suggest additional service if needed with pictures. I worked for years as a maintenance planner and can easily spot a fake mechanic. Nothing but smiles and actual accurate honest information from these guys. I trust them.

The integrity the boys at Fincastle have is hard to come by in the auto industry. Randall was extremely helpful when my truck broke down on 81 and needed to be towed. It got towed to a neighbors property where it was towed again. He was able to track it down and recover my truck and I have never even been one of his customers. If you are in the Fincastle area, GO HERE.
