I was referred by a friend who told me how pleased they were with their experience at Fincastle Automotive. I decided to stop by and schedule an inspection for my truck. I worked with Tim who was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to do the inspection right then and completed it without much waiting. We discussed more work that needed to be done on the truck and I look forward to working with them in the near future and beyond. Also spoke with another customer who was very please with his service as well. I wish the young men at Fincastle Automotive much success! hard work, knowledge and courtesy pays off.

Didn't have a lot done on this trip just an inspection and tire rotation, however the shop was able to accommodate the job without any appointments and was able to get the job done pretty quickly.

Bo said he is very pleased with the good job the business provides. The employees are fair and honest. He said they are just as good as the previous owners if not better. He has not had any problems using them.
