Fincastle Automotive goes above and beyond. I was passing through the area when my car started making a very concerning sound. These guys let me walk in without an appointment, diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary parts, and two of them even worked through their lunch break to make sure I got back on the road in just a couple of hours. You could not ask for better service.

12/21/2023 Had rear brake pads put on my Nissian Rogue once again I had outstanding service everyone was very professional and kind . I wanted on my car and the waiting area was clean and warm had coffee/tea available and joyful reading material. I was very comfortable waiting.
