Another great service by the friendly staff at Fincastle Automotive. Quickly diagnosed issue with my 2006 Tacoma and gave reccomended actions that were reasonably priced and able to be completed by the next day. Will keep going there for future service.

They even gave me a list of suggestions for my vehicle, they did not try to con me into anything that wasn't an immediate issue. I have taken my car to Fincastle Automotive several times. The office is very neat and clean, the people are friendly and informative and the service is very quick. I especially like how they inform me of whats going on with my car. They let me know what needs to be done and of things to keep my eye on. A picture is usually taken of the area that needs attention so I can actually see where the problem is and the extent of the problem. I would definitely recommend Fincastle Automotive.

These gentlemen are the greatest! I was traveling back from a vacation when my car died on me. I knew of them from a family member, so I had my car towed to them on a Saturday. I live out of town and was running low on prescription medications, they were able to get my car repaired on Monday so I could get home. Kudos and many thanks for their expertise and expediency.
