This was my first experience with Fincastle Automotive. However, my son always uses them for his vehicle needs and referred me to them. All of them were so friendly and nice to work with and installed a new battery for me. Not only were they wonderful to work with, but the place was so clean and nice. Most garages that I've been to were not all that clean. That meant a lot to me. I feel that their rates were good and I would recommend others to them for service.
