Brought my car in for state inspection. They performed a complimentary comprehensive vehicle inspection and noted some things that I would want to address before too long. After I left, they quoted me on the work within an hour. Pretty impressive.

I was visiting this area from out of town to work on a conservation project where I was planting trees. In the middle of planting, the brakes went out on our truck. A local recommended Fincastle Automotive because of the excellent work they do. Despite it being 15 minutes before they close on a Friday, Randall was kind enough to place my truck on a lift and fix the brakes so that I wouldn't be stranded over the weekend. While I was there I happened to talk to another local who was talking about the amazing work these guys have done on his trucks. I wish I lived in the local area so that I could get these guys all my automotive business. There's not a lot of people who would be willing to help a stranger from out of town knowing that they wouldn't have any repeat business. On top of everything else, they had us up and running in less than 30 minutes, and were super friendly. If you love in the local area you shouldn't hesitate to take your Autos to these guys.
