I purchased new tires for vehicle yesterday. I worked with Randall to get select the tires and we were very happy with he service we received. We will definitely be back to Fincastle Automotive for future service on this and our other vehicle.

Fincastle Automotive reported to me at my last maintenance that the lower ball joints needed to be replaced soon. Before I could get the truck back in, it developed a noise in the front end. After getting it back in for the ball joint job, it was determined that that the noise was actually the failing ball joints. These folks are honest mechanics.

They did as good a job on patching up my old farm truck.
