Trustworthy in a world where it's a rare commodity. Prices are reasonable. Cars are complicated, they're all different and it takes expertise, judgment and mechanical skill to fix them properly. That is worth paying for. A clean shop is a great indicator professional work. I've collaborated with Randall, Mark and Tim on several vehicles to methodically eliminate old issues with each one. We prioritize together what is needed, rule out a few things that can wait, and significantly extend their utility. It's what everyone hopes for in any service endeavor. One doesn't find it often. That's pretty fantastic stuff right there.
