took the 67 camaro to fincastle auto to get the head lights adjusted,i had one lookin in the trees and the other one looking to the right at the guard rail, randall pulled the rod in to the shop and looked good driving it. he set the machine up and showed me how he does it, pure professional, now i can see a buck a quarter of a mile away, they are dead on,,, on low and high beam. randall knocked it out the park with my headlights. his two boys really like the hot rod, they were hard at yard work. thanks guys i appreciate having a quality and very professional garage close by.

About halfway through my drive from PA to TN to go back to school, my car started making progressively louder noises and I eventually realized something was wrong and decided to stop driving. Randall (who I believe is the owner) was extremely upfront both on the phone beforehand and after we towed the vehicle to their shop, and they even stayed open past closing to ensure I was able to get there in time. For reference, they close at 5 PM and stayed to speak with me till after 5:30. They were also kind enough to lend me a temporary vehicle at no charge! Before noon the next day, they reached out with a full diagnostic of my vehicle, and informed me they had already completed the repair I came in for. The price actually ended up being EVEN LOWER than what they originally estimated my quote at, which was already priced very honestly. I would give Fincastle Automotive 6/5 stars if I could, and I can't thank Randall and his staff enough for helping me out of a very tough situation in a completely unfamiliar place to me. Thanks to their expertise, kindness, and hard work, I was able to get back on the road the very next day and finish the second half of my 13 hour trip. Incredible business run by even better people, would 100% recommend to anyone remotely in the area for any automotive work. You guys really saved my butt!

Took wife's car in for engine coolant flush, diagnose and repair engine crank hesitation and engine oil leak. The engine crank hesitation was challenging to diagnose, but they performed sound trouble shooting methods and identified the problem accurately. They quoted me a fair price for repair, and performed a quality job in a timely manner. Car starts and runs like it should now, without the messy oil stain on my garage floor. This shop totally met my expectations. I will be a returning customer. I trust Fincastle Automotive.
