Randall and his team at Fincastle Automotive always deliver exceptional service. Randall and the other technicians are ASE certified and very knowledgeable. They don't hesitate to answer any and all questions that you may have. There is a nice waiting area with refreshments and very clean. Also if you make an appointment, they even have a loaner vehicle. How many offer that perk? Very few. Thank you Randall, Daniel and the rest of your team.

Great service! Was able to get a loaner car while they worked on my vehicle! Gave me a full diagnostic of car and only fixed what I wanted done at the time! Will definitely be back.

I am blown away by how professional and courteous the gentlemen were at the immaculately clean Fincastle Automotive. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I dealt specifically with Will and Randall. My technician was Evan. I had taken my car to be inspected at Southern Team Nissan and got a glowing report. As soon as I left, my brakes made a horrible sound. Calling Nissan, they assured me it was probably "condensation" on the brake pad. I took it to Fincastle Automotive just for peace of mind and was assured it was NOT condensation but suspected brake pads needed replacing. (The report from Southern Team said a 6mm on my front brake pads). To make a long story short, Fincastle FIT me into their schedule, gave me a FREE CAR to drive while they had mine and treated me with the utmost of respect. They provided me a comprehensive report before fixing anything, which I was able to send to my husband; instead of just "telling me all the automotive terminology of what needed to be fixed," that I quite frankly don't understand. I just expect my car to be fixed properly and charged fairly... not given a clean bill of health and sent home $200.00 poorer. Fincastle Automotive made sure everything was in good condition, fairly priced, handled quickly (next day I got my car back) and I will NOT HESITATE to return to them in the future! Wonderful experience!!
