Don't make the mistake of going to a dealership. You are a number, not a name. Fincastle Automotive are a great bunch of mechanics. They are professional. The mechanics are certified. Here you don't get a rinky dink technician to do oil changes, you get people who know what and care about your ride. There is no telling you there are extra things needed. If there is, you get pictures to back it up. I've worked mechanical jobs for years and know what needs to be done, and I will test anyone who tells me something is wrong. These guys have time and time again pleasantly got good information that is correct and factual. There is no BS at Fincastle Automotive, only good advice. Can't say enough good about these guys.
